Order process

 

Printed orders

  1. Upload your logo easily online.
  2. Our production department will check the print files and make a digital proof within 4 hours.
    • Once the file is ready, you will receive an email. Then the PDF can be sent to your customer for approval. You can report changes by email or when everything is right, approve the proof in the portal. When the proof is agreed upon, we will start with the preparations for your order and it will finally be produced.
  3. Production and delivery
    • Direct delivery to your customer is possible. You can specify any delivery address within your country while ordering. We will send the goods with neutral labels and documents, so there will be no reference to Xiving.
    • All artwork formats are accepted, but it may be necessary for our production department to adapt the format in order to guarantee a good result. This could result in a longer lead time, since all changes have to be approved by you and/or your customer.

Unprinted orders

  1. Ordering
    • You can easily order online. During the ordering process you can specify any delivery address within your own country, so we can deliver directly to your customer if desired. As mentioned before, we ship the order with neutral labels and documents.
  2. Checking the stock
    • Products that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse.
    • When the products are not in stock, we will contact you to discuss the next delivery option.
  3. Order confirmation
    • After ordering from the webshop, an order confirmation will be sent by email to the email address that is linked to your webshop login details. Here, you can view the expected shipping date and location for each order.
  4. Deadlines
    • In order to have your order shipped the same day, it is important that you complete the order before the deadlines:
      1. 2 p.m. for standard unprinted orders
      2. 2 p.m. for sample orders
  5. Shipping
    • Once your order has been confirmed, our logistics department will start with the preparations for shipment. In case you want to change something (delivery address, number, product, etc.), our colleagues will check whether it is still possible to change something, or that the order has already been processed. The morning after your order has been shipped you will receive an automatic email with your PDF account and a Track & Trace link to track your order.
